Do not save the image below - it's the wrong size and format. Click on it to bring up the skin in a new window, then save to your Hotbar Skins directory.

AIM is short for AOL Instant Messanger - it's a free download that non AOL-users can use as well. Pick it up at AOL.com. You can then download the icons below to use as your personal Buddy Icon.
Just right click and save to anywhere on your harddrive.
