If you've never come across ICQ, it's an Instant Messaging programme that can be downloaded for free and installed on your computer. Then, whenever you are online, you can talk to your friends (or complete strangers, if you like) that have the programme. Go to Mirablis to download it.
Once you have ICQ installed, you can then customise it. Isn't that nice?
ICQ Skins
To 'skin' your ICQ programme, you'll need ICQ Plus. Go here to download it. Then grab one of the skins below, and download it to your ICQPlus\Skins directory (probably in C:\Program Files) and off you go! :-)
